I tried to find this template with webmaster mode, I can modify the text but I want to have it a bit lower in the top banner. Can you point me the right tpl file ?

this is a really old question, but i cant find the answer to it either... i know how to change the phone numbers, i want to remove the "Call Us" entirely.

You will need to edit the template and comment out the code in there. Use Webmaster mode to find out which template exactly
