![]() It depends where you want to add text and images.
If you mean where it says Welcome to the store and then all that text which is like 2 paragraphs long. You will need to go in the admin section > Content >Languages > Search/Apply filter " txt_welcome " without the quotes. Then you can put w/e you want in there. I personally Open Dreamweaver (you can use w/e) and do all my work there, within the body tags (even styles and scripts). Then copy everything within the body tags and paste it into the txt_welcome. Refresh the home page and voila you will see everything you did just like you want it. Of course you needa factor width of the container, so it depends which layout you are using. What I do to determine the width of the txt_welcome container (assuming fixed width design) and put an image in there and keep stretching the width until I notice it gets cut off. Then you record your width and design you home page accordingly. Hope this helps. |

Another handy Firefox add-on is measureit. ---
