![]() Looking at the upgrade kits theres not much difference, except I noticed the line #'s are different in the 3.4.7 search.php:
lines 79-90 should be replaced with the code above. hth. ![]() |

![]() And see this is why I choose the low the method as I mentioned earlier in this post. Because you never know what is going to change from 1 upgrade to the other I try to have to change as little core files as need be. Me putting an item as (em-0301 sexy velvet teddy) instead of just "sexy velvet teddy" in the title of the item I can type either the sku # or teddy and both ways it comes up. No need to every month when a new update comes out have to figure out did a line change etc.

![]() I keep a back up word file of all coding I change, what I changed and where I changed it just incase anything happens. Yea If I upgrade and it changes alot of file I will have alot of changing to do to get it how it was.

![]() Thanks Boomer for the search mod, very handy, perhaps this should be moved to custom templates, as it's been requested many times?

![]() ![]() Made some adjustments, as well as added a Product SKU/ID field to Advanced Search. Searching for Product SKU/ID also works on just the basic substring search as well. Anyhow Kudos! ![]() |

![]() i get it to work perfectly, but how would i split these up into different search fields, if customers want to search for only one thing like product code productid brand provider etc ...
