Default Terms and privacy not scrolling
Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy don't scroll in the pop-up.
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

Yikes - I see it too - you probably should report it as a bug in the issue tracker. Maybe they can provide a patch, otherwise, might have to replace the modal popup.
