![]() For some reason, my store's checkout process is not active. Can someone please inform me on how to activate this? It's obviously crucial that I get this going within the next few days.
Another problem I have been having is locating the file that contains the phrase "There are no available products under this category." This appears, well, when there are no available products in a given category. I would like to change it. Lastly, I still have not been able to locate the field where I would change the phone numbers that appear on the site and in the automated emails that are sent to new users. Thank you for your time.

![]() further update:
I recently changed the banner at the top of my store to one that is disproportionate to the height of the area allotted, and as a result it is distorting my store. I've gone through and manually inserted line breaks to move the major sections of the store downward, but I'm having trouble locating the correct tpl files for most of the pages. There must be an easier way to do this. Some help?

![]() For your image issue, it is one of the more common questions on this forum. http://forum.x-cart.com/search.php?searchid=1179246
As for the "There are no available products under this category" issue, that is most likely in the language section of your admin - not a file directly. To get to it, Admin > languages > select english > search for the phrase you want > edit it how you see fit. As for the phone number issue, Admin > general settings > company options > edit the info as you see fit. Good luck and do not forget to search the forum. There are tons of helpful posts out there.

![]() Hello,
Linebreaks are not the way to go with relocating elements. You should download firefox (browser) and firebug (addon) so you can view your sites CSS in realtime and also edit it in the browser to test the effects. Your entire store uses home.tpl so that is where the majority of the static layout is, but css is for positioning elements, text etc. |

![]() I know that line breaks are not the best solution, but as of right now I have no choice but to use them. I have still not been able to figure out how to adjust the page to stop the overlapping, even after over an hour and a half of searching this forum.
Does someone know how to fix this?

![]() Padding, margin and sizing. Thats how you can fix it.
If you can provide a link to your site, it would be easier. |

![]() The link to the store is http://www.thecomicstore.net/xcart
I figured the way to do it is with CSS, but I don't know which styles are the correct ones to edit. If it helps, I am not the owner of this store, I'm the web designer hired to set it up. So I do know HTML CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc, fluently.

![]() Use webmaster mod to find which templates to edit. Use FF with Firebug to find out styles to edit. One change to do
#content-container { margin-top:230px; padding-bottom:68px; }
