have you edited rectangle_bottom.tpl recently? looks like hteres an issue there, try clearing your template cache too,

Is telling you that there is an unexpected {/if} on line 21 of your rectangle_bottom.tpl. As the poster above asked, did you edit it recently? It looks like you removed a {if} somewhere.
