Hello guys can I do this, I want to add a term and condition on my check out page can I do this .

Well by default you should have a link to the Terms and Conditions at the end of the checkout, before they press submit.
Are you instead wanting to show the entire Ts and Cs on the actual page?

@aerogear,

You could place {$lng.txt_conditions_customer} in whatever checkout tpl file you wanted the customer terms and conditions to appear.
