How can i display the category of the featured product??

I think featured product will be displayed belong to the category which you are viewing.Am i right?

when i am on the home page there are featured products; i want to show under the product name the category.

when i am in a category i want to show under the product name the category.

when a product is a recommended product i want to show under the product name the category.

Since the category's name isn't provided with products' details this customization requires improvement of X-Cart product handling mechanism.
