Hi Everyone,
My short descriptions suddenly stopped working. When I type anything in that box in the admin panel and click save, it still shows up blank.

However, my short descriptions from older products still display on the actual product pages. It just won't let me add any short descriptions to new products or update short descriptions on existing products. Any help would be great

Have you been playing around in the database at all lately?

After we add product, we can see short and detail description of the product in customer front page.
But In case of modifying the product in admin mode, we can't see short description at all and sometimes can't see detail description we input

Did anyone come up with a fix for this? I am having the same problem.

Try disabling the HTML editors temporarily and see if that make a difference.

It might narrow down the problem.
