One of the "products" I have is the sponsorship of a table at our school's annual event. I would like to add a table of sorts to the order form where the customer can enter the names & addresses of his table guests, that will be forwarded to me with the order. I can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone help?

Set them up as product options with 'Text Field' as the type.
