Is there a way to generate html links to put products in the customer's wishlist.

I'm looking to create a URL similar to using the Generate HTML Links tool
(Simple HTML Link to Add 1 Product to Cart)

"http://www.mysite.com/cart.php?mode=add&productid=4&amount=1"

This URL puts the item in the cart. I'd like to use an URL like this to put the item in the customer's wishlist.
