Editing page titles?

Default Editing page titles?
I want to shorten the page titles ( within the title tags ) a bit, as now it will show as
product title - category - site title
which makes it a bit long, and I am not so sure it is good SEO-wise

I would like it to only show
product title

or even better
product title - price

is this possible?

You are correct, it isn't good SEO wise - you want to be able to specify a title for each page . This will do the trick:
