Hi,

I have given up on the Specials module which I purchased with the X-Cart shop (waste of money as far as I can tell). I would like to remove it from the 'Special' box on the left hand side but cannot find a checkbox or other easy way to do it in admin.

WIll I have to go into the source and comment it out?

Go to 'Modules'. Turn it off

Na, you never know what is a module and what isn't...some links you have to physically remove from the code. So don't feel bad at all
