When I right click on my website homepage ( www.urban-kings.com ) and click view page info, a page info box apears, how do I change the meta info displayed in that box?

If you have no SEO modules installed you could try in Admin...

General Settings > SEO options

and in there are some basic META data that might relate to the home page

thanks for the reply, but the "author" info is not in the seo section.

There is no author tag by default in X-Cart, so that must have been custom coded. Have a look at customer/home.tpl or meta.tpl

Thankyou, I found it in meta.cpl, ive changed it....how long does it take to change on the website?

Change should be instant.

right, if change should be instant,then there must be another file that I need to find, I originally changed the meta.tpl file where i found the data i wanted to change, but since making the change it hasnt changed on the website, any suggestions?????

Clear your browser and template cache....go to 'Summary/Tools' and use the "Clear Template Cache' and 'Force Cache Regeneration' tools.
