Default Custom Contact Form

Hello,
I am thinking about adding a custom contact form on one of my static pages. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do?

Thanks

You can go to hotscripts.com and find a form script there, and than customize the fields to your specific needs. Than you just paste the script into your static page.

Not sure if this is the best way to do it, but it worked for me....

Thanks,
I have thought about going that route. I am still considering duplicating the default contact form and calling that from my static page. Just seems like this would save a lot of extra code being everything is already there.

Yeah, I was thinking about doing that as well. Actually I have another form I need to create so I think I will try it for that. I agree....it would be the ideal solution with less code

I have not decided for sure which route I am going to go yet, still in the investigation stage yet.
I am checking out a script here that allows uploading files also, which is a option I may need.

Just wondering, does anybody know how to add a second email address for the contact us form to go to?

Eventually, I would like to have a radio box that a person can select who to send it to.

Thanks
Mike

Did you successfully use the existing contact form and make a static page out of it? If so, I'd like to know how to do it.

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. Do you recall what script you used and how I can find one that is similar?

I am using this one, http://www.stadtaus.com/en/php_scripts/formmail_script/
You can try it out for free to see if its something that would work for you. It is fairly simple to implement using an Iframe.
