Hi,
hope i am in the right section,
can anyone tell me if and how there is a way to space out the you save from the amount ?
i added the word you to the save and it's a little too crowded.

It depends on where. If you are using a one column product layout, it is in customer/main/product.tpl. If you are using multiple columns, it is customer/main/products_t.tpl

do you think the webmaster mode would be easier to deal with?
i was told by xcart to try to stay away from curls.

curls? Which layout are you using, a single column product display or a multi-column?

i am clueless , i don't know who assigned advance member to me but i am no where advanced.
when entering the template that you asked me to go into all i see is curls ie:},am i in the correct template?

i came from l/c so it was a little more simple.

Heh...the advanced is based on post count, has nothing to do with skill level

Yes, the curls are Smarty...if you don't understand Smarty, it is difficult to edit X-Cart templates, as they are all based on that language. You want to look for the bit of code that looks like this:

{if $discount gt 0}{if $config.General.alter_currency_symbol ne ""},{/if} {$lng.lbl_save_price} {$discount}%{/if}

Add more spacing before the {$discount}% part using   for a space.
