Default Blank contact us form
Hi peeps
I have been working on my 2nd draft for my site and I noticed that my contact us form is now blank.

All I have done is move the help template around a bit and some changes to home.tpl.

The view source option shows that there is no HTML code for the form just the java script for the field checking.

Webmaster mode fails to show anything in the area at all.
I did think it was because I change the width of the home.tpl, but that wasn't it.

Anyone got any pointers for me to look at?
