Even some brick and mortar stores do charge you for using credit - and to get around the policies it has to be an administrative fee such as a handling charge.

Does this mean they will revoke the DVLA's licence? If you pay for your Tax disc online with credit card they surcharge, a debit card they don't and if you look around in England and the rest of Britain you will see surcharges for Credit Cards this has been about a few years now because of the excessive fees from Visa/Master Card etc and a lot don't charge a percentage but flat rate ё2.00/ё2.50 to cover c/c cost and bank transaction charge! And why not if you charge the fee the customer will use method better for you or pay the price
