Default fatal error: call to undefined function: floatval()

When I try to go to a the product page of a certain couple products in our store, I get this error:

>Fatal error: Call to undefined function: floatval()

This is what X-cart "support" told me:

Quote:
floatval is standard php function, ask your ISP to allow this
function.

I'm not sure what to do or why this is happening, because it isn't on all pages of this type. Here's the PHPinfo from another site on our dedicated server: http://www.westminsterfellowship.com/test.php

Umm, no, I don't see any blank space there that's doing that.

Any other ideas?
