Default Move Print invoice Button
My site is almost complete - just a few things I cant crack.

When the order process is finished the user gets a confirmation message and then below a copy of the invoice. I need ro be able to move the "Print Invoice" buttom from below the invoice, either to the top - or into teh confirmation area.

Any ideas Gurus?
