yes i removed the 2 </FONT> and replaced them both with </div>
I was supposed to replace both <FONT class="CategoriesList"> with <div class="CategoriesList"> right?

Well the second one doesn't matter, as that is for sub-categories. But yes, now that you have a <div> tag wrapping each category, you should be able to format the spacing however you want...it shouldn't be adding space to the bottom of the menu. Got a url so I can see what you mean?

ok i checked the code and accidently had a "." instead of a ">" on the first DIV... so since iv fixed that i cant get any difference in the pix space anymore.. i bumped it up to 10px and there are no chances at all....
