Hi all,

I want to have the list of categories above the featured products on the homepage.

What's the best way of doing this?

In customer/main/welcome.tpl, insert this line:

{include file="customer/main/subcategories.tpl"}

just above this line:

{include file="customer/main/featured.tpl" f_products=$f_products}

I wanted direct links to my subcategories as well so I created my own by inserting HTML code into language: txt_welcome.

What I really want is a decent mod that creates a categories css drop menu showing sub categories.
