Thank you. The problem you are having is a bug in that version. 4.1 will not be stable for some months yet, so it is not recommended for a live store. Check the Bugs forum for the latest on bugs and fixes for 4.1

go to language - and search label section for keyword title, it's on 2nd page "lbl_site_title" just change it to your company name.
