I would suggest just copying your old file over, since its on the admin side of the skin, it wasn't modified hardly much at all and should work no problem. You may also want to make sure the {$variables} your conditioning still exist, etc.

Not the same purpose as X-Cart is now XHTML compliant and CSS based but still a nice looking skin for stores to work with.
