Which .php file runs the Delete product From Cart function?

Default Which .php file runs the Delete product From Cart function?
Hi everyone.

My delete from cart does not work at www.magicworld.co.uk/new

I think I need to find the file that handles the delete url as it is not the cart.php as far as I can see.

Basically the url it generates when clicking Delete is missing an "&" sign in the middle of it !

Any suggestions or fixes would be most welcome!
