Hello,

I get an error message when I try to edit the file "infos.tpl" : "File operation is failed". I think it's because the file is write-protected. But how can I make the file writable ?

You would normally do this through your ftp program. Did you not set the file permissions when you installed, or did someone else do this for you?

Yes, someone else did that for me. The only way to make the file writable is to use an ftp program ? There is no other way ?

use an ftp program or your hosting control panel often has stuff to change permissions on files

But don't use control panel to actually edit your files.

Using ftp programs is quite standard, there are many free ones out there.
