How can I get the "Recommended Products" to appear when the customer goes to their cart, not just on each product page?

The random recommended products or upselling products?

Here's what I have:

When selecting a product:
The customer sees the product description box, and just below is the Upselling Products list.

Currently below the Upselling box (what we are calling "Related Products"), is the randomly generated Recommended Products box. This is what I want to move to the Cart.


Right now, when a customer adds a product to the cart, they are redirected to the cart. This is why I want the Recommended products to show up there. Kind of like the selections of random crap they have at the supermarket next to the register. We all end up buying something there....don't we?

I want it to be like, "Would you like fries with that?".


Does that make sense?

Have you tried simply adding the include for the recommends module to cart.tpl?

Websitecms.com no longer exists.


I have tried copying the

{if $active_module.Recommended_Products ne ""}



{include file="modules/Recommended_Products/recommends.tpl"}

sections of the products.tpl into the cart.tpl

but to no avail. I got nothing.



Is there something more I should have done with this?
