i'm slightly concerned about the loadtime of my homepage

could you all take a look for me and see what you think. Would going onto a dedicated server help? i just worried i might end up losing customers if their not prepared to wait

It is kind of slow load, but when it loads, it load everything together.

However, its just little below normal speed since normally every part of site loads part by part, but on your site as far as on my dsl it takes less than 2 seconds and loads full page together.

Also noticed that SSL part is very very slow.

do you think there is any way to have the site load in bit by bit i can't understand why it does this and would prefer the site to start loading in straight away as i imagine if customers don't start seeing anything they may not bother at all

hum.. no i have no idea why it does that, but there are mostly images on your page and are coming from skin1, so may be that's what slowing it down

where you hosting? Just make sure that server is not loaded with lots of site, that may make big difference.
