SUBJ, also how do I change company X-CART to my company in copyright.tpl

Default I cannot find it.
copyright.tpl reffers to $config.Company.company_name

There is entry under lbl_company and lbl_company_name
but if I change those my copyright.tpl and "Welcome to" still display X-CART instead of my company name.

Admin/General Settings, Pull down bar defaults to General Settings and you need to change the company name in Company options above this.
