Choose US or International Pack when install X-cart 5 ?

Default Choose US or International Pack when install X-cart 5 ?
I will install latest X-cart 5 business software to replace my old Xcart 4.0.18. I do not know if I should choose US Pack or International Pack when I download X-cart. Our webstore is in USD price and collect payment in USD, but our customers are not only in North America, also Europe and Asia. So I assume I need international pack which can offer better language options ?
