Where to place plugin js and css files?
I want to working probably on js and css part. So for my new shipping method, where should I place my js and css files so that once the plugin is exported then it becomes the part of the package?

The files should be inside the skins/default/en/modules/<Developer ID>/<Module ID>/ directory.
