In the latest build of the 3.4 branch, the Template Edit fields come out emtpy when I try and go edit a template. when i goto Edit Template, then click on the template, the text field box is empty, but i know the template has something in there because i can see it when i terminal in and view it in pico.

Any suggestions? I checked permissions and they are where they are supposed to be at.

*bump* sorry, but right now we don't have the money for purchasing tech support so i was wondering if anybody knew about this.

Ditto here...leary on upgrading to current version...alot of work

I just came back in after not being around over a year just to see if there was a fix or something for this error. Mine might have something to do with moving site from server to server using root access which should have kept all permissions intact.

Your's might be a permission prob. Not sure...not sure about my own...lol...

well i check permissions several times and they are set to the proper permissions and it is under the proper owner. i can't seem to still figure out why they don't apear in the html editor. Right now i downloaded all themplates and am editing them locally on my machine and then pasting them into the template editor. it's annoying because sometimes i just want to get to the code quickly instead of navigating my machine to find the right one. Oh well...until we pay for tech support i'm on the broken handle of this.
