I see the fedex tracking button on the bottom and want to see what tpl file this is so i can include that code in customer email.

Thanks! Your best bet to track down that particular template is to use Webmaster Mode

the template you are looking for is order_customer_complete.tpl in File: /common_files/mail/order_customer_complete.tpl
Looking to make fedex tracking easier for customers also dont know what to change code to in that file so the tracking number is linked.
