Help adding SMTP to Xcart 4.0.13

Default Help adding SMTP to Xcart 4.0.13
Seems like some recipient mail servers block email notifications sent via xcart 4.0.13 default mail settings.

Any idea how to configure x-cart 4.0.13 to send mail using SMTP (with user/pass) instead of the default PHPmailer?
