Space at bottom of page
ive edited the ideal confort theme but since doing so ive got this really odd space between the page and the footer which I need sorting, ive used web master mode, and firefly but cannot for the life of me figure out whats causing it, id really appreciate any help or can pay someone to sort

if you want some help from Forum Community, you have to follow your posts with some pictures of your work, about what you really want to change. make a screenshot, use some photoshop on it and bring it here to see what you really want. just review your message and you will understand. I don't know what you did on that theme, I don't know what space you got. sorry to say this, but you have to be more specific to your situations if you want help.

Also, use a versioning tool such as GIT or Subversion, this way you can easily make a diff with your... Say footer.tpl or home.tpl or socialize module.
If you break something, just run through history on files that you suspect. It could also be a CSS you just randomly added. It's free and takes 5 mins to set up (I like tortoiseSVN myself, ok it's old but it does all the job with a right click). Don't modify and shoot in the dark like this. If you make a modification and notice 1 week later that something goes wrong you are screwed. I'm not asking to make scheduled functional testing, which is an heavy thing to set, but at least versioning and at some point some unit tests. |
