Hi All,

I'm running a store on 4.4.4 and would like to add a check box to the checkout for a customer to select if they wish to have their package left unattended. These will also need to be some text on that selecting this option removes any liability.

I'm assuming that I would have to modify OPC_Shipping.tpl but can anyone shed any light on where to insert the checkbox into this page and the database?

Just add the new field in the admin->settings->USer_Profiles (admin/configuration.php?option=User_Profiles). It will reflect in the front end and automatically added in the database.
