![]() I'm working on a client's cart and her email contents all run together... there's no formatting. Here's an example:
SunInkjet Help system: You have requested your lost account information: Account information: -------------------- Usertype: C Username: abeight Password: xxxxxxx -- Thank you for using Suninkjet shopping system SunInkjet Phone: (555) 555-5555 Fax: (555) 555-5555 URL: www.suninkjet.com The template is exactly the same as other carts I've worked on and they all put spaces between the lines. Any idea what might be causing this? TIA!

![]() If you switched the cart to sending HTML emails it can cause that problem if your email templates don't have html in them.
Plain text emails used hard returns, html ones need in them
