Hi all i am trying to increase the speed of my site and one ofthe problems showing is - Leverage browser caching

The following cacheable resources have a short freshness lifetime. Specify an expiration at least one week in the future for the following resources:

http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js (12 minutes 58 seconds)
http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js (30 minutes)
http://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js (1 hour)

Is there a code someone could help me with to put in head or .htaccess please

I tried what was written in the other forum link but it still doesn't sort out the browser caching for -
