I am using 4.4.4 and cannot seem to find what I need to edit my theme in certain instances. I am using Fashion Mosaic Grey as my theme. The issues are:

1) I cannot find a bottom.tpl file anywhere. I need to edit it, but it is not in the customer folder nor the main one.
2) I cannot find any way to adjust the style for the sign in and register links. I would like to make them either a larger font or, if possible, images. The problem is, I have scoured the css file, even changing items that did not appear to be those links, and nothing changes.
3) I also cannot find a way to move the navigation links. You can view my issue here:

As you see, the navigation links are running over the top of my other content. Yet I cannot find any reference to it in any template file.

I've been struggling with all of these problems for a good week now. Any help?

Are you using Webmaster mode from Admin to help you find your templates?
Are you using Firebug, the Firefox add-on to help you find your css classes?

Webmaster mode… new one on me! I started it, and it looks like it'll be a good help. I'm not familiar with Firebug but will give it a whirl. Thanks! It looks like this will bring me closer to the end of a long headache.

Something else to be aware of, even though you are using the Fashion Mosaic Grey skin a lot of the files (including css) will be in the common_files folder. The add-on skins only have the files that are different from the "common_files" default one.

If the file is missing from the skin folder you should copy one from the common_files folder and further make the necessary changes on the copy of the file in the skin directory.
