bonus point on registration or/and on "refer a friend"

Hi,

Is there a way to give a amount of bonus points as a gift on registration ?

And is there a way to give also bonus point to a member that "sponsors" a friend (when the friend also registers off course) ?

I think you can do this with the BCSE reward points mod, not sure about x-special-offers
