Sorry if ive put this in the wrong part, Is it just me or is v4.4 just so much slower, iam having problems with pages hanging iam trying to work on v4.4 and its slow for things to update etc.

I spoke with my host wesh hosting who have been pretty good and my site always seems to load fast, (xcart recommended host) they have no issues with my server and all is running smooth.
They did say in their message other people have sent them questions about their servers and they are also testing v4.4

Ive switched all the mods off iam not using also switched things off like Advanced Statistics, all my pictures are jpg not png
but even the back end seems so slow loading, ive stopped working on it tonight and cleaning my pc up instead...lol

Can anything be done to speed this up, other wise we could start loosing custom...
