Countdown to the release of LC3 alpha 2
Hi!
We are happy to announce that we plan to release LC3 alpha 2 in about 3 weeks. More likely it will be the last alpha version and the next version will be LC3 beta. Major changes from the alpha 1 are: - new theme - AJAX drag'n'drop shopping (like Ecwid) - one-page checkout (there will be one more page for a credit-card payment form) - checkout without account registration - quick-look popups - Address book - "already added to the cart" marks - optimized code (now LC3 is as fast as X-Cart 4.x) - support for APC (with APC LC3 works 10-15 times faster than X-Cart 4.x without APC) What is not implemented yet but is in the list of planned features: - inventory tracking - skin for the stand-alone mode - support for Drupal 7 If I've missed something other LC3 developers will post updates  |
