Hi, can anybody point me in the right direction to where I would find the $actions variable, so that I can add "Refund" to the options in the Return Request section?

Is this for the RMA module? Look in admin RMA settings

Hi Steve, I looked in admin, Modules, RMA, but it only gives me
'Return request is created' notification to orders department 'Return request is authorized' notification to customer 'Return request is declined' notification to customer Allow return requests for completed orders
I'm sure it will involve updating a PHP file, or something more complicated like that.
