Default Help! I'm Unable To Customize Order Invoices
So I've read all the threads on modifying the invoice templates and I completely understand what to do. The problem is that I cannot upload any images into the skin1/images files. I can't even delete any images. Anytime I try to make any changes I get an "upload failed could not complete file" error message.

Any thoughts?

Check with your host, make sure you have full write permissions. You are doing this via FTP correct?
