Default Check out Log out button
Ok so here is what I cant figure out. On my site im using the lights and lucid template in the checkout area if a customer is logged in it shows the name and log out next to it how do i get this on the whole site so if a customer is logged in it shows the name and the log out options on the whole site just not in the checkout.

Ok I have gotten it on there now I just need help getting it to the right of the search bar right now it is to the left and blends with the search box? Any Idea?
