While browsing around I noticed that there is a guide for 4.1.x but not for 4.2.x. I would use the 4.1.x guide except for the fact that there are code changes and different files now for 4.2.x.

Does anyone have a 4.2.x template guide they can post?

There was one similar to 4.1.x somewhere here in the forum. You need to remember - in 4.2.x all customer templates are in skin1/customer (well almost all of them)
