Default Email limit for registration
Please advice as how to do if limiting customer register only once per email address?

Make the email field(in xcart_customers table) as unique and add a bit validation in register.php

Be careful with this, it will cause anon customers to not be able to check out the second time they purchase - hence the reason it is not unique by default.
