Is there any mod that will give the option for the customer to add a recommended product to their cart during checkout?

For example, I want to give the option to add another product on the checkout screen to increase sales for that item:

1) Customer adds Product 1 to cart and goes to the checkout screen
2) On the checkout page it gives the option to add Product 2 to their cart
