Talking Changing upper right hand side button link

I have been searching on this forum on how to add/change the button on the upper right hand side link (such as the home, shopping cart, contact us), but couldn't find it anywhere. keyword search are "change/edit link, add button link, etc". I change the phone to our phone, but now i can't find it.

I need help with the following:
  1. I look at head.tpl, top_menu.tpl, rectangle_top.tpl. I want to change the link of the Home.php to my static home page.
  2. I got the "power by xcart" off; now, i want to add some text link, i try it by using regular html link, it didn't display.

can someone help? Big Thanks

That's the speed bar - click on 'Speed Bar' in your admin to change those.

What code did you use for a regular link and where?

Smile Re: Changing upper right hand side button link

Thank you. I want to add some more link to the upper right hand side corner, i try clicking on the Add/Update button in the Speed bar, but it didn't do anything. Where can I add new link to the upper right hand side corner?

As for the footer, since I want it in the bottom of the web page; I use the prnotice.tpl and add the following:

<font class="NavigationPath">
<a href="home.php?cat=249" class="NavigationPath">Belevation Home</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="/about_us.html">About Us</a>
</font>

did i place it in the right spot?

Thanks.

When you make changes you need to clear your template cache - do so in the Summary/Tools area.

In the speed bar section of your admin it lets you edit existing links or add new ones. What did you do?

I simply wanted to add new link by click on the Add/Update button from the speed bar management; however, it didn't do anything even after i clear the cache from summary/Tools and check the option that says "clear template cache". I wanted to add another link between the shopping cart and the contact us a new link called Testimonial. here's how my store is right now: http://www.belevation.com/shopping/home.php?cat=249

thanks for being patient

Is the 'active' box checked next to the new link you created?
