Where is skin1_printable.css?

Default Where is skin1_printable.css?
I can't figure out how to get to skin1_printable.css in the X-Cart admin template directory to edit it? I can find it using my file directory in cpanel.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Perhaps you deleted it? Double check your distribution and re-upload it.

It is in the skin1 directory - same place as skin1.css
